there any websites that can send the wallpapers instantly by SMS instead of using WAP. (If it includes sending ringtones or themes thats fine as well) I have a T-Mobile Prepaid phone also can someone explain a bit on how bluetooth would work with this. Its a Nokia 6103 just to let you know.
