I rented a game from them with intentions to keep it and not return it as I could not find it anywhere in stock. I asked how much will I be charged for it, and I was told the retail value which is $19.99. I then specifically asked what about the $1.00 late charge Blockbuster now got. I was advised that if I keep longer than 30 days they will count the late charge fees towards the price of the game. Well I now got a statement for almost $50 on a game which is only worth $19.99 WTF?!?
Freaking Blockbuster is at it again, no wonder they went bankrupt.?
