Fraudulent use of Credit card in yahoo small business.solution?

My creditcard details have been misused and the statement sayes:
Rs 5814.24 was spent on your Credit Card xxxxXXXXXXXXxxxx on 05-NOV-2009 at YAHOO *SM BUS/MAIL. Any way to inform this site taht its a fraudulent usage and reverse the money?
