Frames in HTML...not frames but like frames :)?

Hi.

So what I need for my page is this:

2 boxes. one will be a display which is populated by a second box which will be of varying height...but I just want it to be say 500px tall, then with a scroll bar. In it is a tree, or explorer view of a document....

An Iframe seems ideal, except I dont want that page to be a seperate page...I want it to be all in the same page.

Ideas? Can I accomplish this with Divs/css? I have tried but I cant seem to LOCK the height of it and then include a scroll bar.

Sounds like you need to use Tables (which includes boxes as required).

Yes, use a table with a textarea control in the table cell where you want the scroll bar.
