Fractured wrist. Er doctor's said I needed a cast. Went to get it and the

guy turned me down? Ok about four months ago, I was snowboarding. I'm pretty darn good at it. So me and my buddies were just taking some good runs. I said lets go to the terrain park. We had some good ones in there, but my very last trick had bad luck at the end. I landed on ice and my board slid out and I landed on my wrist. I went to the ER, I knew I fractured it right when I landed. I waited got my x-ray done and went back to this room to wait. The doctor came in and took me back into a room and said " i got some bad news, you have fractured your wrist in one of the most important spots". I asked her " will I be out of snowboarding season", she said "sadly yes, the only good thing is that it is not a really bad fracture but if you do not get a cast you have a high chance of not having a full functioning wrist, I cant stress that enough". So she made an appointment with the person to put a cast on my wrist three days later. The three days past and I went to him. I waited for a while and he took me back. He took me into the room and started asking me questions and what kind of insurance. I said "MA" and in PA that's Medical Assistance kind of like welfare. Since I'm 21 I could no longer be on my parents. But once I said that he got moody and rude real quick. He took me back to this room where the x-ray could be viewed, I saw it and you could clearly see it. He said you can go. Its not that serious where I myself would put a cast. He is known around the area to do this by the way and overall just not a good person. I myself am saying this along with lots of others. Now this isn't the first time I got yanked around on a chain cause of my "MA". I went to the dentist to get ONE wisdom teeth pulled. He came in and was a very mean person. He said we'll were taking them all out. Now I am so so so scared of the dentist and I said look I only have one that needs pulled the others are in already and don't bother me. He looked at me and said, "get up and leave" i thought he was joking and he left the room. The nurse came in and took the bib thing off around me and said "this isn't the first time this happened" So I went out to the waiting room told my mom and gram well we can go. They said "its been 10 min what happened". So i told them the story and my mom demanded to talk to the dentist. He came out and said since i have MA he has to do all of them. (He makes more money that way) but anyway he got into a mouth battle with us and said "people like you with this card should have no say in what happens, you are lucky I even do this, you yellow belly welfare loving bastards". I'm not even kidding, I said "Piss off I'm 20 and need it due to me not having a good job" he laughed and just started screaming. I said some bad things and so did he. We left and the last thing he said was "OBAMA LOVERS". I never laughed and was so pissed at someone. By the way I hate OBAMA. Turns out a year later he lost his license, Oh and there were people around when this happened. Just killed his rep. Sorry to say all of this but my point is. That it has been close to 4 months now since my accident and fractured wrist. It is healed but now i have problems. I can bend it up the whole way or down, and when i try it hurts so bad. I have a consent ache in it when I'm doing nothing. I cant workout or do anything that requires a lot of pressure on my left wrist. Typing this is irritating it. The ER doctor said it should heal in 9 weeks. What should I do. I hate to say this but I want to sue him. I needed a cast hands down, anyone and everyone knew, but because my insurance he would not. Now i have Constant pain, And I believe the outcome of this would of been different if he would of gave me a cast so i had constant support and no slack for my wrist. I wore a brace but it did not help at all. I did not know the angle to have it at or the support for it..and it also pops when i move it up and down now. Please help me it has never done that. I am so sorry for how long this is. But the question is. How do I sue whats the steps. Do you the viewers think I have a shot at this. I am 21 one years old I should not feel like I have a 80 year olds wrist.
