Marge signs up for a counseling program that teaches parents how to raise young children to become independent, but the program works too well on Maggie. Meanwhile Homer starts working in the towing business, but gets into some trouble when the town sets up Homer to look like he is towing on a rival's turf.

Hmmm.......Discuss.

I want to live in Guidopolis. :crying:

This one is pretty funny so far. Bart finding the website in one click, and Homer and the silouhettes.

"Mr T. IS the Lion King."

XD

A notable improvement. Homer switching jobs yet again was a groaner, but at least the plot was coherent this time around. And the supporting characters were very well-written, actually doing something instead of just spouting catchphrases. Still nothing to write home about, but it was definitely what I'd call watchable, with the exception of the very predictable "crying over spilled milk" gag. Maggie's actions stretched believability, but eh, it was pretty well done.

The "Mr. T Is The Lion King" gag was very similar to things they've done before (where Homer sees a sign but it turns out to be something other than what he expected), but the sheer absurdity of it made it still funny. I also liked the way Homer described Shrek III (an ogre lives in medieval times but sometimes he says things from today times), and Bart & Milhouse looking for swears in the Bible.

Definitely better than last week's, though for some reason the Maggie and Marge plot didn't do much for me. And they should really take it easy on the "Homer gets a job" type of plot for a while.

Stuff I liked:
-The swear words in the Bible that Bart & Milhouse can say. "I don't think Leviticus is a swear word."
-Mr. T is Lion King
-Shrek III description
-The long string of sarcasm by the kidnapped towers
