fox news story about obesity on airplanes?

i tried looking on their website but couldn't find it


i'm pretty sure it was teh fox news channel and not one of teh otehrs like cnn

it was about your right to ask for a seating change if the person next to you is so obese you cannot get past tehm to go to teh bathroom or exit in an emergency


can anyone help me find a link to the story
 
It was in the New York newspapers the man was so large in the aisle seat that there really wasn;t much of an aisle left for the flight attendant to do her job much less for passengers to get by to go to the lavatory. I know it is wrong to discriminate against people for their weight but when it interferes with your safety and your ability to do your job I don't think there is much of a choice.The attendant had to report the situation and she also took pictures with her cell phone so her complaint wouldn't be disputed. Sadly it was not a pretty picture I would have been afraid for my own safety had I been on that plane.
