Fox News in the programme guide

I find that the schedule in the program guide is quite often inaccurate for Fox News Channel, especially in the evening. Do the pinkos a the CRTC restrict certain shows from being broadcast, or is it just a clerical issue?
 
As far as I know, nothing on Fox News is blacked out in Canada, they do produce everything in-house.
