I just turned fourteen years old.
I'm 5'4 and 125 pounds.
I eat, well, normally. Perhaps little more. (ex. Today I had a fruit smoothie, big scone, one of those cool insta-oatmeal packs, three clementines [and probably one more before the day is out], and a chicken/stuffing/potato/carrot dinner)
Unfortunately, I'm not involved in any sports, and not seeing it in the near future (clumsy, uncoordinated, blah) Although I do try to go for one-mile runs when I can.
I'm just wondering: Is this a normal/average height/weight/eating habits for my age?
Also: I'm like a middle height compared to my friends at school (they range from around 5'1 to 5'6) but I think we're kind of tall for our age, is this true? What do you think?
