Four year criminal justice degree from the states work in the UK/Ireland?

I have dual citizenship with the United States and Ireland/EU. Would my 4 year bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Administration of Justice hold any weight in finding work(career) over in Europe? (Specifically looking at the UK and Ireland)

Since it's different laws (which I'm pretty well versed in both), I was just wondering.
