Foundation primer from Ulta?

I'm trying to pick out a foundation primer and I'd like it to be available at Ulta.

Which one of these is better?

-Complexion Primer Potion - Pore Perfecting by Urban Decay
or
-Smashbox Photo Finish Foundation Primer
I'm going to be wearing Bare Minerals for foundation!
