found mysterious disc?

i just found a weird disc that i cant figure out and none of my friends could place. its an inconspicuos blankish disc that only says "Ripe Vol. 4" in regular looking letters. google doesnt yield any results with that title so i have to turn to the only internet community with SOME decent people who helps.

A virus immediatly copys to your harddisk. Or a terrorist left it there, to hope you start armageddon. by entering the disk in you computer
