found coolant under my rocker cover (suzuki sierra).?

my 92 sierra just brought the other month done 205000 km.
i have found it is loosing water regularly and a little bit of oil, and today pulling my rocker cover off, I found a slight green tinge in the oil(coolant).
but I'm not sure if this is the head gasket, head, intake manifold i have a feeling it is going into the back cylinder also as stuff comes out the exhaust in the morning.
 
with that many kilometres it is surprising it has not had the head replaced before now but it will be a blown gasket get the head pressure tested and machined they have a habit of cracking between 3 and 4 cylinders
