Found an amp in my truck, help please?

I recently purchased a truck from a private owner and found an amp in a compartment under the back seat. I'm clueless when it comes to that sort of thing, maybe someone could tell me what it is? lol. My friend says he needs to know the amps or watts, and I can't find it on there. This is all the amp has on it:

AUDIOBANK
Ultimate Audio Force
MOSFET
4 channel - PWM - Bridgeable - Power Amplifier
KA 4-50

Help please? lol
