Found a note on my car today. Plz help!!!?

Plz help!!!

As I was leaving from visiting a friend at her apartment, I found a note on my car that said "If you don't live here, don't park here."

I am a reasonably polite person and am looking for a way to contact this anonymous person at her apartment complex and apologize. Any ideas?!
 
go to a writing analysis person, give him the note, and you will uncover the mystery person who left it...
