My neighbors are foster parents, and take care of many kids. I love kids and enjoy helping out with them. I've grown very close with a six-year-old boy named Noah, who is very good-looking, and extremely shy. I love him to death and want to see him succeed because he is very wise, and gentle.
He was in the hospital for awhile because his mom beat him so badly she broke some of his ribs. Yesterday Noah was crying all day and his foster mother told me that his parents are trying to get him back, but Noah is terrified of them and what they might do since now they now he told someone about the abuse.
I'm a seventeen-year-old girl and I know there's not a lot I can do. I'm just the neighbor, and a minor, at that. But please, anyone, can you advise me on what I can do to help prevent this from happening, or is it all in the court's hands?
