forza motor sport 3 2 player help!!!!?

I have just bought a xbox 360 elite and i want to play forza motor sport 3 as 2 player can anyone help me and i am confused as to how you do this.
Thank you so much we just found it well happy :-)
 
press start go to "play forza" then there should be a list down the left hand side, near the bottom it will say multiplayer.....go on that, then split screen.

I think thats it anyway, havent played in a while so it wont be far off if not.
