Forgotten "classic" film stars

This might end up being an interesting thread. There are classic stars who everyone's familiar with like Betty Davis, Clark Gable, Vivien Leigh, Lawrence Oliver, etc, but what about the ones who are at risk of fading into total obsecurity and might not be remembered by anyone for much longer, yet deserve to be?

A few come to my mind, like Betty Hutton, Gordon MacRea, Merle Oberon, Jeanne Crain...they made some great films but they're bearly ever spoken of unlike the above.

Can you think of anyone from the classic eras of Hollywood who should be spared a second for remembrance?

I think Donat is safe, since Goodbye Mr Chips and the 3 Steps often appear in top film lists. He won an Oscar for the former too, so remains in the public domain in some capacity

I was watching Born Yesterday earlier and realised that Judy Holliday can be added to this list. She made so few films and despite winning an Oscar for Born Yesterday, I can't imagine many people will know who she was anymore. :(

Here are a few of my favourites that don't seem to get as much recognition nowadays as Cagney, Davis etc

Ronald Colman
Edward Everett Horton
Melvyn Douglas
Myrna Loy
William Powell
Linda Darnell
