Forget this Wii crap. I'm getting Zelda for Gamecube.

YOU READ MY MIND! I just picked up a mint Gamecube from a friend for $50 for this exact reason. Sadly, I had already bought Zelda for Wii thinking It would be easier getting one. I'll be posting my Wii copy of Twilight Princess later on tonight in the Yard Sale, but I figure I'll let some of you guys get first crack at it. It's brand new, the CD has NEVER left the case, wrapper was removed only to read the book insert. $40 shipped.

I've played a little bit of it with the Wii-mote, and yes it's fun. But every single Zelda game I've played before TP has been with a traditional remote; so, I feel the GC version will be what I'm used to, ergo no sacrifice.

if you havent played the wii version, then you will be perfectly pleased with the gamecube version i would imagine. the truth is that once you play the wii version you will realize how much better it is, but hey, ignorance is bliss, especially when you're saving $250+ to play one game.

I agree... this is the game that got my g/f into adventure games...when she started hacking away at enemies and getting into it, it put a smile on my face. ...now if she could only remember the layout of the different areas
