Every time i start a new document my forground and background colour is only limited to different shades of gray even if i pick bright blue i dont know what ive done or how to fix it
when ever we opening new document if we set color mode to grayscale and click the save preset option photoshop sets that preset as default
so delete that preset and choose another document with RGB color mode.
