Where can I find the Ford Color code?

Does anyone know what is the color code used for their exterior.
Toreador Red Clearcoat Metallic color or where can i find it, I know its 4 numbers... I have looked on the driver side door - it just has the tire size number and proper air pressure for the tires, there is number inside the trunk and on the hood they just have the code for the A/c, engine information and instructions for the timing belt....Also what is the best brand name to match the original paint?
