I have a 82 Fiat Spyder rotting in my dads backyard and I have a few ford v8 laying around . I know the engine fit between the frame but will it clear the firewall?I have seen this done before but I concerned with twisting the body panels or burning up the rear end. Will i need the crossmember for the tranny from the old car?
