Ford Thunderbird need help?

i have a ford tbird i was wondering can i put SVT cobra rims on it and also would like to know y my bird is having problems shifting it feals like it jumps when shifting y is that someone told me it is the transmission oil lines or the oil filter needs changing
 
I'm guessing the size of the SVT Cobra rims will be incorrect for the Tbird. Particularly the rear rims of the Cobra are very large and wide. Check the specs on your current rims to see what size you need.

Yea, check the transmission oil under the hood. It only costs a few dollars to get it changed.
