Ford Ranger Fan Belt Squeaks?

i have a 2000 ford ranger and my belt squeaks i put a new belt on it and i just replaced the idler pulley and it still does it... it doesn't do it all the time but there is no one time it does it don't matter if im going fast or sitting still sometime it does it and others it doesn't
