ford ranger 351w swap?

alright so i wanna buy a ford ranger what year would be the best to do a v8 swap.and i dont know if anyone has thrown a 351w motor in a ranger so would it be hard to find motor mounts and etc.im thinking of going carburater or would it be better to go with fuel injection.

ps:i already have a beefed up 347 stroker in my garage should i just go with that?
 
any ranger that came with the v-6 will readily accept a small block v-8 (4 cyl models need suspension upgrade)
it has been done many times before
the motor mount kit is the same as the 302.
carburetor is much easier.
i would use the 347 since you already have it.
