ive recently brought a 06 plate ford mondeo 2.0 tdci zetec. When the car is ticking over and the air con is switched on there is a loud knocking noise coming from the engine. I've taken the car back to the garage, they have done an engine remap but now the problem seems to be worse. Does anyone have ideas what could be the problem?
