ford mec grand marquee wont stay charged new battery what to do?

Either a charging system issue or an electrical drain on system. Charging system inspection is usually free at most auto parts stores. If you left something on by mistake (glove box light, hood light, etc) you would easily be able to look for those items. If it is an electrical issue you may need a service tech to find it and that service is not free but not very expensive either.

easy jump start it drive to any shop or parts store ask them to check charging system most places its free and only take a minute no guessing but id say alternator or belt slipping
