I want to use my 1994 Ford F-150 to pull a trailer and when I was looking under my truck I noticed it did not have a trailer package light system. I want to know how hard would it be to install a trailer light package for this truck or is there any easy way to do this. Any and all information would be great.

It's pretty simple, just a bit time consuming. A lot of the packages come with wiring diagrams.
I put one on my 2003 4x4 Ram and it took less than an hour.

Go to a Napa Auto Parts store and ask for part# BK 755-1556. It's a T connactor that you plug in line with your oem taillight wiring harness. Takes about 5 minutes to install.
