Hi, a friend of mine brought a Ford Lincoln Town, 1988 with a Carte grise Origin: Quebec and he holds as well the original Certificat d' Immatriculation. The car was imported to France and sold via a car-seller based in France. To register the car in France it needs a COC document. ( certificate of conformity ) How and where to get this document? Would be great if someone could provide information in this matter. ( also in french language...) Thanks in advance.
