it is a ford, there for it did not have much to begin with. but give us more details and we will see what we can come up with. is the car still under warranty? given that ford has not had a hybrid out for very long i think that it should still be covered. if the power loss is for a smaller system like the radio as an example i would check the fuse box(es) to see if you do not have a blown fuse.
