Ok I've never invested before and I've finally been able to come up with a little extra cash (around a grand) and I'm wanting to know would Ford and or GM be good investments right now?
I'm not sure how the bailout will effect their numbers. I also heard things about bankruptcy, how would that effect the worth of their stocks.
And I am a complete noob, I understand its high risk... I'm willing to let this thousand go. It might be worth worth the risk.
500 shares for $2
if it regains half of its year high this past year it would go to $12 a share. I know this may be wishful thinking but I just made 5 grand. And yes, I am looking for a quick buck. Please dont try to talk me into saving my money. I see opportunity. I'm just not sure if its with an auto maker.
