So, you are trying to see if it will break while you are driving and cause you to crash? Have a mechanic inspect the front end for damage and /or worn bushings. The upper control arm bushings can cause these kinds of noises.
 
I been hearing popping sound when I turn the streering wheel, It got a new rebuilt rack pinion, What is making those popping sound? Any suggest?

The Dealership have already replace the upper ball joint back in DEC 2005

I been waiting to see if the wheel come out but nothing happen it been like this for almost 1 yrs already in nothing, Last weekend I took it on the highway driving at speed at 70mph -80 mph for 1 all hours in nothing happen, How long will it take for a ball joint to fail complete?
