Ford Focus, bought the car, mileage fraud committed also mot could not have passed?

What can i do by law? I bought the car from a prson who never named the car under his name and kept it for a year. When i had already bought the car i found that in feb 2009 it had done 130K miles but when he sold it to me at 65K miles. I dont know the sellers name i cant do any case on him because his name is no where in the record since he never registered the car under his name. I then had the car inspected i found that the car should not have passed the mot. W/hat do i do?
He did the mot himself in october 2009 the car being at 65000 miles
i know where they live, i know the address
 
Well if you don know them or know were they live then ur stuck with the car and even if you did find this person they will lie as they know the car was tampered with,turning back miles in my state is a felony.
 
cant do anything cause you didn't check it before buying it not anyone fault but your own

wel fix the car so it passes
