Ford Fiesta Gear Problem?

I bought a Ford Fiesta 1.4 2006 model 47000KM done, after driving around 2000KM I have given it for service at Ford Authorised center, they have changed the Engine Oil,clean the engine with Fluid,etc.. etc.. but after the service Now am facing a very odd problem, which is after driving approximately 15 to 20Km the gear become very tight/hard to move around, the clucth also bit hard but ok, this happen after driving 15/20 KM till the end. I have taken into Ford Service center again and they have sprayed the liquid into gear also tweaked the gear to free more, but again the same problem arising , Now the mechanic advise to check the Clutch or replace it if required, and still if not resolved he wanted open the gear box and replace it. I would like to get advise about this problem
