Ford f150 problem? cant tell whether I might have bad plugs or if the

transmission might be going out? It happens in middle gears(3 & 4). The truck is in need of a tune-up. Figuring(Hoping) it is the wires! Anyone that might be able to provide some guidance it would be greatly appreciated.
