hi i own a 2000 ford f150 with a/c. today i was checking out the engine when i realized that the serpentine belt was spinning, but the northern most pulley, which i believe is the generator, it looks like it connects to the engine, spins for only 3 seconds then stops, then starts up again and then stops, is this normal? if not what should i do to fix it?
