I need to know if I have a strong case against a Ford Agency Dealer,,,who happen to have done repairs and on my 2000 Ford F-150 in the past. Well Its starts with the fact that I recently got in a major accident which caused my the front end of my truck to caved in up to the point where the engine itself was pushed back...and yet NO Air Bags where deployed..well I am currently undergoing therapy but this is being covered by the just recent drivers Insurance Company (lets call them RECENT) due to the fact that she was the cause of the accident...and is taking liability for the accident..I am being fully reimbursed ..So this is not the issue...previous to this accident I had another accident that was similar only minor...where only the grill and the front bumper received minimal damage..and the Air Bags Deployed...and so this Drivers Insurance Company (lets call them BEFORE) had my truck repaired and I was told NEW AIR BAGS where installed...I did not realize that the air bags where not functional until I got into to this recent accident with the (RECENT) client....and now I am trying to sue for NEGLIGENCE FOR SAFETY...please let me know what is the best course of action at this point...I am still in the process of therapy for this recent accident....thanx

If you have a reasonable likelihood of winning, a lawyer will be willing to take the case on contingency, which means that they do not make any money if they lose, and that they make only a percentage or fraction (typically 1/3) of what you recover if you win.

If no lawyer is willing to take the case on this basis, that means that they think that you will lose even with a lawyer, so do not waste time trying without one.
