I have a 2004 Ford Explorer and when I put it in reverse it will just kinda of sputter a little and then it will eventually jump a little and then be ok to drive (sometimes this will take seconds, sometimes minutes!)
Also, not sure if this is related, but when i'm driving and i get to like 30 mph (or 40, etc) it will shift really hard (it's automatic transmission).
Anyone have any idea why these things maybe happening? I'm especially worried about the reverse thing! Thank you!
I think I'm using the wrong word. When I say stall, it doesn't actually die, it just sits there and won't move when I press on the gas. It just kinda revs the engine up
