Ford Explorer Airbag Trouble Code 34?

Hey, the other day i was messing around with my friends, and we decided to go off-roading at a nearby hummer dealership, on the giant hills and stuff...

turns out it was a dumb idea because when the next day rolled around i realized that my airbag caution light on my dashboard thing, flashed a code of "34" - where I found out means "Driver Side Air Bag Sensor Circuit - Low Resistance or Shorted"

- While/when we were being idiots off-roading i noticed that the front and bottom of my car scraped against a solid hill, but didn't think much of it. now i know it was most likley waht caused the problem, and i just wanted to know--

--What exactly do i need to fix?, is it a loose wire, or do i just need to reset something in the computer, or the airbag itself? Any help is great help!
