ford expedition 97 bumpy rear noise?

hello there,,, I have a 97 expedition, just replaced the four shocks , and still have this bumpy noise every time I hit a small hole or line in the street. (not to strong) I believe the noise came from the rear tires. I'm no longer using the air suspension.

any idea what it could be?
