My truck decided the other day that the battery cables were going to do something strange and so my truck died on the interstate. I popped the hood and moved my battery cables around and it started back up just fine. I got it home and when I killed it, everything died. It starts right back up, but when I kill it, everything goes. My locks don't work, my lights, nothing. But as soon as I turn the key, it starts. What is going on???

open hood look at the battery terminals, grab each one at a time, and try to move them and see if they spin or move where they connect to the battery, they may be loose,
tighten them up good ........or..............
remove them and clean the two surfaces on each (4 total) with a wire brush, re install...........if corroded, they could need replacing, cost 3 dollars each and you have to cut the old ones off and remove and inch of the plastic, to install

try the first suggestion
