Ford Econovan heater wont work. Changed heater core and hoses yet still cant get hot...

...coolant to the heater? I have changed and cleaned the pipes from the engine to the heater, replaced the thermistat and heater core and given a general tidy up to the fan and heat system. the engine is heating up perfectly but both heater hoses remain cold. i just have run out of ideas. thanks for your help. Trav
