i have a FORD e350 van..
something happened that when i put the car in NEUTRAL its like putting it into drive..
the car doesnt have reverse gear anymore..
(btw:the car has a high mileage on it)
(can i fix it?)

It needs either an adjustment of the bands in the trans or a rebuild. You can most likely do a band adj yourself with a repair manual, or shop around trans shops for prices
