H hd rider New member Dec 6, 2009 #1 2001 Ford F150 with 6cyl motor. code P0401 exhaust gas recirculation flow insufficient detected- I am not a auto mechanic.Does anybody know what is wrong? Is it the EGR valve?Can I fix it myself with simple hand tools? Thank you for any help.
