Ford 97 Mustang Windshield Wiper and Window Problem?

my 97 mustang windshield wiper only work on the highest setting now and i just recently occured at the start of winter and i have had the car for two years. also my driver side window seems to be offset by the window motor or something and doesnt roll up properly all the way and i must pull it up when its reach its highest point. What should i do?
 
If you go to advance auto parts , they will look at the problem for free and tell you the parts that you need. If you don't want to put the parts on or don't know how then get a mechanic to put them on for you.
