ford 2001 crown vic fuel problem?

i was driving my car one day and all of a sudden it cut off on me i try starting it back up and it would i notice that i didn't hear the fuel pump come on when i turn the key so i replace it and it still doesn't come on i also check the the relays and fuses i don't think it's getting power to the fuel pump what to do to get it back running
 
Check for B+ to ECM and pump relay terminals,inertia switch,fuses and relays,also take close look at the wiring harness under front right wheel well,by right corner inside of front bumper,corroded and broken strands inside of insulator,hard to find which though.
