If the motor is not turning over as you say it's not the fuel pump it would likely be the battery. But if it is turning over it could be a the pump, they are known to go. Or it could even be an extremely clogged fuel filter.
Another way to find out if its the pump it put some gas in the air manifold and see if it fires, if not then it's got no spark.
