For Woman and/or very educated Men..... About Labia Minora or the Inner Vaginal Lips?

So here is a few weeks im going to have the exes part of my Labia Minora or the longer/exes part of my inner Vaginal Lips removed. I want to know what i should expect after wards pain wise or anything wise. Did it made things worse or did it made things better?
 
What a horrible surgery to put yourself through! Over the last few years, I have taken care of three patients that had this done and they were in misery afterwards. They all regretted doing it.
There is no difference in anything after the fact, except how it looks. Why don't you just leave your body alone.
