One phone number on my account is eligible for an upgrade, but my phone number is not. Is there a way Verizon will let me transfer that upgrade? My phone is a 3G phone, The SAMSUNG Rogue. It shuts off sometimes when I go on the internet. Also, whenever I search the internet, it will say "Network Connection Lost, Network Connection Lost, Please Try Again, Cant Connect!!!!!, Cannot Find DNS, or HTTP 404 Not Found". It says that sometimes. I went and got a replacement phone, the exact same one, just factory refurbished. Now 2 months after I got it it has the same exact problems. Except it shuts off randomly also, without internet use. Point is the one refurbished, same exact phone they gave me is even worse and my upgrade isn't for a while, but another phone line on my account is. Do they let you transfer upgrades from one phone line to another, or give me an upgrade for the sh*tty service? P.S. I also pay FULL price for the 3G data package, and it doesn't work the FULL time I use it. Please Answer.
