Alma since you wont answer my question, take this challenge - Name the 'Bush policies' that lost 1 million jobs, list them all by name and the specific dates when they were enacted. My guess is you wont be able to name even one.
TedN - According to the economist at the link I provided at the CBO, no, those classifications are excluded. Unless of course youre going to go on record now and claim that Obama used the CBO as a non-credible source for information when addressing the American people.
